Ɔdadeɛ 2001 Launches Staff Accommodation Legacy Project at PRESEC–Legon
The Ɔdadeɛ 2001 Year Group of Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC), Legon, has held a sod-cutting and fundraising ceremony to commence the construction of a four-unit, two-bedroom staff apartment aimed at addressing staff accommodation challenges on campus.
The project, estimated at a total cost of GHS 3.5 million, seeks to improve residential capacity for teachers and enhance supervision, mentorship, and student welfare within the school.

Speaking at the event, the Global President of the Ɔdadeɛ fraternity, Ɔdadeɛ Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong, applauded the Year Group for undertaking a remarkable legacy project that reflects the alumni’s commitment to the growth of their alma mater.
The Headmaster, Mr. David Odjidja, commended the unity and strong organizational structure of the group and praised the initiative as a timely intervention to help improve staff accommodation, following earlier alumni staff-support projects including one led by Brian Acheampong.

The Greater Accra Regional Manager of the Presbyterian Educational Unit also lauded the initiative for its positive contribution to education delivery and institutional development.
Project Ambassador and renowned Ghanaian musician, Elorm Adablah (EL), popularly known for the hit song “Koko,” pledged his support toward the successful completion of the project.

The Year Group President, Ɔdadeɛ Isaac K. Arhin (Tiquah), used the opportunity to appeal to individuals, old students, corporate bodies, and institutions to come on board and support the project, describing it as a worthy cause that will benefit generations of students and teachers at PRESEC–Legon.
The Ɔdadeɛ 2001 Year Group reaffirmed its commitment to mobilizing support from alumni and partners to ensure the successful completion of the legacy project.
