Menzgold to begin payment of vetted creditors today
Embattled gold dealership firm, Menzgold, has resumed payment of locked-up funds to aggrieved customers.
The resumption of payments is contained in a press release by the firm and follows an earlier letter to the Ghana Police Service requesting that security be provided for staff of the firm as payments is recommenced at a designated office facility.
Payments, according to the firm, will however be done through electronic means per the advise of the Ghana Police Service in a response letter to the firm.
The embattled gold dealership firm in the press release sighted by NorvanReports, asserts it will commence its final payment phase starting from Monday, December 20, 2021 to June 2022.
Adding that it will start with some 172 vetted creditors.
