The 32 Teams For The 2025 Club World Cup Have Been Confirmed

Manchester City, the reigning Champions of the World, bask in the glory of their recent victories over Urawa Red Diamonds and Fluminense in Saudi Arabia last December.

Their success in the 2022/23 Champions League not only crowned them champions but also secured their spot in the historic 2023 FIFA Club World Cup. As the footballing world turns its gaze to 2025, City is poised to represent UEFA in an expanded tournament that promises to be a month-long festival of football.

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will see a significant shift in format, echoing the structure of the recent FIFA World Cup for national teams. This edition will feature 32 clubs from around the globe, divided into eight groups of four.

The top two teams from each group will advance to a knockout stage, culminating in a final showdown at the iconic MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. In the event of tied knockout matches, extra time and penalties will determine which team progresses, adding an extra layer of excitement to the competition.

Scheduled from June 15 to July 13, 2025, the tournament will take place across 12 stadiums in the United States, including renowned venues such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta and the Rose Bowl in Los Angeles.

This tournament will serve as a thrilling interlude between the 2024/25 and 2025/26 domestic and European seasons, with FIFA set to confirm the details for each stage of the competition soon.
