SIC Announces Final Dividend of GHS 0.0511 Per Share for 2023 Financial Year
SIC Insurance Company Limited (SIC) has declared a final dividend of GHS 0.0511 per share for its shareholders for the 2023 financial year.
SIC in a notice to the GSE, stated shareholders registered in the company’s books by the close of business on Friday, December 13, 2024, will qualify to receive the declared dividend.
The register of shareholders will be closed from Monday, December 16, 2024, to Tuesday, December 17, 2024, both days inclusive.
The ex-dividend date has been set for Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Investors purchasing SIC shares before this date will be entitled to the final dividend. However, investors buying SIC shares on or after this date will not qualify for the dividend.
The final dividend of GHS 0.0511 per share is scheduled to be paid on Thursday, January 30, 2025.
Shareholders are advised to take note of these dates to ensure eligibility.
