Letshego Secures GSE Listing for Series LS003 and LS004 of GHS 500 Million Note Programme

Letshego has secured the listing of Series LS003 and LS004 from Tranche LT01 of its GHS 500 million Medium-Term Note Programme on the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM), according to a statement issued by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE).

The admission marks a significant step in Letshego Ghana’s efforts to tap the local debt market for funding.

The Series LS003 Note – a 3-year Senior Unsecured Fixed Rate bond – was issued on October 10, 2024 with a coupon rate of 22.5% and is set to mature on October 7, 2027.

Meanwhile, the Series LS004 Note – a 5-year Senior Unsecured Floating Rate instrument – also issued on October 10, 2024, offers a more dynamic interest structure, with rates fluctuating between a maximum of 29% and a minimum of 18%.

The Note, which matures on October 4, 2029, has a repayment schedule with principal installments of GHS 10 million, GHS 15 million, and GHS 25 million.

The dual bond issuance is part of Letshego’s broader strategy to bolster its capital base, leveraging the country’s fixed-income market as part of a diversified funding approach to support its growth ambition.
