The Bank of Ghana (BoG) has issued a list of electronic money issuers and payment service providers approved by the regulatory body to conduct business in the country.
According to the Central Bank, the published list of electronic money issuers and payment service providers, is in line with the passage of the Payment Systems and Services Act, 2019 (Act 987) with regards to the Licensing Application Pack for Payment Service Providers.
Notable among the list of electronic money issuers and payment service providers approved by the BoG include Zeepay, Etranzact Limted, GCB G-Money, among others.
