AFRIMASS Network launches ‘Media Talent Accelerator Programme’
The Africa Media Advertising Sales Summit (AFRIMASS) Network has launched the Media Talent Accelerator Programme.
The accelerator programme launched at the recently held Youth Employment Agency (YEA) Job and Career Fair at the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), is designed for scalable professional portfolios, skills and network experience with employers.

In addition, the programme engages employees for underrepresented talent, supports diversity recruitment and retention, and develops media communication talents in line with business operations.
The launch of the accelerator programme by AFRIMASS is in the run up to the Advertising Sales Summit event scheduled for October 2021.
The event seeks to foster industry relationships for media professionals who are looking for opportunities to work in the media ecosystem in Ghana and beyond.
The Summit which is in its third year is a knowledge sharing platform for Advertisers (Brands), Media Enterprise Owners, Content Creators, Event Originators, Media Business Executives, Ad Agencies, Media Sales Practitioners and seasoned industry professionals to develop and help empower practitioners on media revenue generation in the media space.
