GPL: Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko return to action
After missing out on last clash, both Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko will return to action in midweek as the Ghana Premier League resumes with matchweek 8.
Hearts of Oak will return to action with optimism when they come up against Elmina Sharks at the Nduom Park after failing to win any of their matches this season, lying rock bottom of the table.
Asante Kotoko on the other hand are third on the league log having played a game less than both King Faisal and Aduana Stars, who are in first and second respectively.
The Porcupine Warriors have a dicey fixture against Real Tamale United with league leaders King Faisal taking a trip away from Kumasi to play Accra Lions.
Accra Great Olympics will be using their alternative venue, the WAFA Park when they welcome Bibiani Goldstars while AshantiGold return to the Len Clay Stadium to face high-flying Aduana Stars in a much anticipated game.
Karela United travel far way to Dawu to face stiff competition from Dreams Football Club at the Theatre of Dreams.
WAFA, who have had a tough start to the season so far will have the chance to redefine their season when they come up against. Berekum Chelsea.
Bechem United and Techiman Eleven Wonders will also lock horns at the Bechem Park after both sides failed to pick three points on matchweek 7.
