2021 AFCON: Milovan names provisional squad today
Black Stars Coach Milovan Rajevac will name his provisional squad today ahead of of next year’s continental showdown in Cameroon.
The tournament which was originally scheduled to be played in June-July 2021 was rescheduled to 9th January to 6th February 2021 due to unfavourable climatic conditions in Cameroon during that period.
Reports suggest that five local players will be named in the provisional squad.

Richard Attah of Hearts of Oak, Ismail Abdul Ganiyu of Asante Kotoko, Fataw Issahaku and Philimon Barfour of Dreams FC and David Abgana Sandan of Real Tamale United are the names of the players circulating in the media space.
The Black Stars are in Group C of the tournament with Morocco, Gabon and Comoros and will begin its campaign against Morocco before facing Gabon and Comoros in the group stage of the competition.
