President-elect John Mahama during his campaign for the nod to become Ghana’s President, promised to undertake a social contract with the Ghanaian citizenry within the first 120 days of his presidency.

I’m a card bearing member of the New Patriotic Party, but I voted for change, and I’m excited to have read the social contract the president elect, JD Mahama, has promised Ghanaians. If he is able to deliver within the stipulated time, Ghanaians will give NDC another 4 year term.
    Good luck Mr President elect.

    Congratulations to President -Elect Mahama

    I recommend the following:
    President Elect Mahama consider
    1. Diving each state into geographic counties for the purpose of redistributing national funds based on each county’s population side. Create County Departments responsible for law enforcement, primary, & secondary education, healthcare, roads & bridges, housing, water and sewage, power, sales and property tax collection and economic development.

    2. Consider establishing the Organization of Precious Metals Exporting Countried (OPMEC) that refines African Precious Metals and set the global market price that ensures maximun profit, similar to the OPEC Oil Cartel. https://ahecenerg.com/opmec

    3. Consider AHEC Hydro Power Plant technology https://www.ahecEnerg.com/ahec-process to power Ghana’s rapid industrialization.

    4. Invest in the development of a national drone train mass transportation system for goods and passengers designed by Allen Hydro Energy Corporation (AHEC) https://www.ahecEnerg.com/drone-train
