Aboubakar Ouattara Win NASCO Awards for May/June

Nations FC midfielder Kelvin Ampoful has been awarded the NASCO Ghana Premier League Player of the Month for May/June, following his impressive performances throughout the period.

Kelvin Ampoful: Player of the Month

Ampoful scored three goals in five league matches, including a standout brace against Legon Cities during Matchday 31. His contributions earned him three man-of-the-match awards. As recognition for his achievement, Ampoful will receive a 42-inch television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.

Benjamin Asare: Goalkeeper of the Month

Hearts of Oak’s goalkeeper Benjamin Asare was honored as the best goalkeeper for May/June by the Ex-National Goalkeepers Union. Asare’s steady presence helped his team secure 13 points out of a possible 15, with four wins and one draw. He kept three clean sheets, including back-to-back shutouts against Legon Cities and FC Samartex 1996. For his commendable performance, Asare will receive a pair of gloves, a branded towel, a water bottle, and a T-shirt from the Ex-National Goalkeepers Union (NEGO).

Hearts of Oak’s head coach, Aboubakar Ouattara, was named the NASCO Coach of the Month for May/June. Under his leadership, the Phobians achieved a remarkable record of four wins and one draw, scoring seven goals while conceding just one. As a reward for his outstanding coaching, Ouattara will also be awarded a 42-inch television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.
