Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has purchased a 39 seater bus for local football club, King Faisal FC.
The Ghana Premier League side received the bus as a donation from the Vice President after making a request to him through the Manhyia Palace some weeks ago.
Dr Bawumia, made the donation as a token to the club to aid it’s operations in the ongoing 2020/2021 football season and beyond.
King Faisal have often been mocked on social media for the rickety nature of their old bus which was not befitting of their status.
The new bus will serve them some reprieve and will be a major morale booster ahead of their weekend clash with Aduana Stars.
