Bayern Overcomes Flamengo in Thrilling Encounter
At Hard Rock Stadium, Bayern München defeated Flamengo 4-2 in a thrilling match that featured a standout performance from Harry Kane, who scored twice. The Bavarians took an early lead with an own goal from Erick Pulgar, followed by Kane’s deflected strike. Flamengo’s Gerson narrowed the gap with a stunning goal, but Leon Goretzka restored Bayern’s two-goal cushion just before halftime.
In the second half, Flamengo’s Jorginho converted a penalty to make it 3-2, but Kane sealed the win with his second goal of the match, showcasing his finishing skills. “It was a tough game against a good team, but that fourth goal was crucial for us,” Kane commented after the match. Despite some promising moments from Inter Miami, including efforts from Tadeo Allende and Lionel Messi, they were unable to find the back of the net. PSG manager Luis Enrique expressed satisfaction with his team’s performance, stating, “I liked the way we started the match and managed it well.”
