Black Stars arrive in Qatar in style ahead of World Cup tournament [Photos]
Black Stars have arrived in Qatar in their resplendent fugu ahead of the 2022 FIFA tournament slated from Sunday 20 (November).
The team on Thursday beat Switzerland 2-0 in their last World Cup friendlies.
Hundreds of Ghanaians lined up to welcome the Otto Addo led side who are beaming with confidence ahead of their first match with Portugal on 24 November.
Thier dressing has however caught the attention of many Ghanaians who have been expressing their reactions.
“The one who advised the Black Stars to dress in smock really deserves commendation. I am glad we are showcasing something beyond Kente and I pray it doesn’t stop here. We have so much diversity to offer,” Juliet Sokuu posted on Facebook.
“We have touched down in Qatar in elegance. The Black Stars are ready for the 2022 FIFA World Cup,” Michael Oti Adjei posted on Facebook.
