The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has confirmed the dates for the upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifiers, with the Black Stars set to face Chad and Mali in September. Coach Otto Addo’s squad is looking to maintain their strong position at the top of Group I as they advance toward the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Ghana will kick off their double-header on *September 4, taking on Chad at the Stade Olympique Maréchal Idriss Déby Itno. This match, which is part of Matchday 7, is scheduled to start at **13:00 GMT. Following this, the Black Stars will return home to host Mali at the Accra Sports Stadium on **September 8, with kickoff set for **19:00 GMT*.

Currently, Ghana leads Group I with *15 points*, three points ahead of second-placed Comoros and five points clear of third-placed Madagascar. The Black Stars have had an impressive campaign so far, securing five wins and only one loss in their six matches.

The upcoming fixtures are crucial for Ghana as they aim to solidify their position and secure a spot in the World Cup. The team’s recent performances have shown promise, and the players are determined to carry that momentum into these vital matches.
