Clydestone Ghana Declares Final Dividend of GH¢0.032 Per Share for 2024

Clydestone Ghana PLC has announced a proposed final dividend of GH¢0.032 per share for the 2024 financial year, subject to shareholder approval at its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

According to a statement issued by the Ghana Stock Exchange on May 13, 2025, shareholders recorded in the company’s register by close of business on Monday, May 26, will be eligible for the payout.

The register will be closed from Tuesday, May 27 to Wednesday, May 28, inclusive.

The ex-dividend date has been set for Thursday, May 22, 2025. Investors purchasing shares before this date will qualify for the dividend, while those buying on or after May 22 will not be entitled to the payment.

Clydestone is scheduled to disburse the dividend on Friday, July 18, 2025.

While modest in absolute terms, the dividend declaration reflects the company’s confidence in its cash flow position and broader financial health for the year under review
