Edward Bawa Appointed Acting CEO of GNPC
President John Mahama has appointed Edward Abambire Bawa as acting CEO of the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC).
His appointment, in accordance to Article 195(1) of the Constitution and Section 10(2) of the GNPC Act, 1983, was announced in a statement by Dr Callistus Mahama, Executive Secretary to the President.
Per the statement dated January 17, 2024, Mr Bawa’s appointment takes effect immediately.
