Quantum Terminals Makes GHS6.67 Million Bond Payment

Quantum Terminals PLC (QTPLC) has announced the transfer of GHS6.67 million from its Debt Service Accrual Account (DSAA) at Stanbic Bank Ghana Ltd to the Trust Account held with Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Ltd, in respect of the first tranche of its 10-year Guaranteed and Secured Notes.

The company said the amount, totalling GHS6,668,750, covers both interest and principal payments due to noteholders on March 5, 2026.

According to QTPLC, the transfer was executed in line with Condition 7 of the Notes Prospectus, which mandates the movement of funds into the Trust Account by the 10th business day preceding each interest payment date.

The company noted that the action forms part of its obligations to ensure timely servicing of the notes under the agreed terms of the programme.
