Fan Milk Reports Strong Financial Results at Ghana Stock Exchange’s ‘Facts Behind the Figures’ Forum
Fan Milk PLC, a subsidiary of Danone and a leading producer of dairy and frozen products in Ghana, has taken its turn at the Ghana Stock Exchange’s ‘Facts Behind the Figures’ to share with stakeholders an overview of its 2024 financial performance while providing strategic insight into the company’s plans for a sustainable future.
In the year under review, Fan Milk PLC delivered a robust performance, marked by significant revenue and profit growth, operational enhancements, and a deepened commitment to sustainability.
FanMilk achieved a 24% Year-on-year increase in revenue and more than 100% growth in both profit and Earning Per Share, reflecting the SUCCess of its strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
In 2024, FanMilk expanded its product portfolio and strengthened its distribution network, resulting in significant sales growth. The company also implemented cost-saving measures and invested in digital tools to enhance sales performance across its markets.
A key leadership change included the appointment of Mr. Lionel Parent as Managing Director, bringing renewed fOCUS to innovation and market expansion. The adoption of a Board Charter further reinforced the company’s governance framework, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for directors and management.
FanMilk continued its sustainability journey through the Danone Impact Journey, investing in initiatives focused on people, communities, nature, and health through food.
Looking ahead to 2025, FanMilk plans to expand into new territories and invest in product innovation to meet evolving consumer preferences.
