FirstBank and Coronation Insurance Strengthen Partnership to Deliver Greater Value to Customers

FirstBank Ghana and Coronation Insurance Ghana LTD have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen their partnership with the aim of delivering greater value to the customers of both entities.

This was the outcome of a working visit Coronation Insurance Ghana LTD, led by its Managing Director, Dr. Yaw Adom-Boateng, paid on the FirstBank Ghana’s Head Office recently for an interaction with Mr. Victor Yaw Asante, Managing Director/CEO of FirstBank Ghana and Management.

In his remarks, Dr. Adom-Boateng expressed appreciation to FirstBank for the strong and mutually beneficial relationship the two organizations have nurtured over the years and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to deepening the collaboration.

Mr. Asante, on the other hand, commended Coronation Insurance Ghana LTD for its continued partnership and emphasized the importance of strategic alliances in driving innovation and value for customers.

He noted that as part of FirstBank’s desire to drive financial inclusion, the Bank entered a strategic partnership with Coronation Insurance Ghana LTD. “Through this collaboration, both institutions have successfully leveraged their networks to expand reach and impact, with their customers as the ultimate beneficiaries,” he added.

Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to expanding the partnership. There was a shared understanding that both entities will remain committed to fostering stronger ties, reinforcing trust and confidence built over years of successful cooperation.

Both institutions emphasized their commitment to innovation, customer service excellence, and sustainable growth. They acknowledged that the financial services industry continues to evolve rapidly, and partnerships like this are essential for delivering convenience and value in today’s digital-driven environment.

The meeting concluded on a positive note, with both sides expressing optimism about the future of the collaboration. The two Managing Directors reaffirmed their shared vision of building a stronger partnership that not only benefit their respective organizations but also contribute meaningfully to the development of Ghana’s financial services sector.
