GFA and Wilsad Support Ltd Team Up for Live Radio Broadcast of Ghana Premier League

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced a partnership with Wilsad Support Ltd to launch a live radio broadcast service for the Ghana Premier League (GPL). This initiative, delivered through GhSportsLive, will be aired on a network of partner radio stations, aiming to bring the thrills of the GPL to millions of passionate supporters.

The new broadcast service is set to enhance accessibility to Ghana’s flagship football competition, ensuring that fans in both urban and rural communities can enjoy real-time commentary of top GPL matches every match day. Listeners can expect high-quality, professional commentary along with live updates from all match centers across the country.

GFA President Kurt Edwin Simeon-Okraku expressed his enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “This partnership with Wilsad Support Ltd is another important step in our ongoing efforts to bring Ghana football to every corner of the country. By offering regulated, professional live radio commentary through our partners, we are deepening engagement with fans and enhancing the visibility of the GPL.”

Wilson Arthur, CEO of Wilsad Support Ltd, echoed this sentiment, saying, “We are excited to partner with the GFA on this historic project. Our goal is to ensure that every fan, no matter where they are in Ghana, can enjoy the excitement of the GPL in real time.
