Ghana Link’s Dr. Nick Danso Adjei Clinches Third Consecutive “Entrepreneur of the Year” Title at Ghana Business Awards

Dr. Nick Danso Adjei, Chairman of Ghana Link Network Services, has been named Entrepreneur of the Year at the seventh Ghana Business Awards, marking his third consecutive win in this category.

The accolade, awarded in recognition of Dr Danso Adjei’s strategic foresight and impactful leadership, underscores his extensive contributions to Ghana’s economic landscape, particularly through the application of technology to streamline trade and customs processes.

A pivotal achievement in Dr Danso Adjei’s career is his role in implementing Ghana’s Integrated Customs Management Systems (ICUMS). This innovation has not only increased revenue generation but has also facilitated trade and eased port congestion, outcomes that align with Ghana’s vision for national development and economic growth.

The award organizers cited ICUMS as a hallmark of Dr Danso Adjei’s commitment to using technology to advance national revenue mobilization and drive efficiency.

Beyond Ghana Link Network Services, Dr Danso Adjei has demonstrated remarkable entrepreneurial versatility, successfully founding and managing a portfolio of businesses that span diverse sectors. His ventures include Royal Nick Hotel, a premium hospitality brand, and Nick TC Scan, a specialist in scanning solutions, which operates both domestically and internationally at the Port of Gambia.
