GSE Supports Dzorwulu Special School With Donation of New Computers, Refurbished ICT Centre

The Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) has reinforced its commitment to education and community development with the refurbishment of the ICT Centre of the Dzorwulu Special School and the donation of brand-new computers, at a total cost of GHS 157,000.

In addition to the ICT project, staff of the Exchange contributed groceries and bottled water to support the welfare of the students.

The initiative, according to the Exchange, forms part of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts to create equal opportunities in education, particularly for children with special needs, by providing access to modern tools that enhance teaching and learning.

Managing Director of the GSE, Ms. Abena Amoah, speaking during the donation of the computers stated, “At the GSE, we believe education is a powerful tool for empowerment, and no child should be left behind. By investing in the ICT Centre of the Dzorwulu Special School, we are ensuring that students with special needs have access to the resources and skills required to thrive in today’s digital world. This project also reflects our commitment to social responsibility and inclusive development.”
