- “He Knows My Name”: Convention of Saints 2025 Ends with a Call to Humility and Servanthood
The Oil Dome at Royalhouse Chapel International reverberated with worship, praise, and heartfelt reflection as the curtains fell on the 2025 edition of the Convention of Saints, a spiritually charged gathering that drew believers from across Ghana and beyond.
Under the theme “He Knows My Name,” the week-long convention (September 30 – October 5, 2025) marked a sacred period of renewal, worship, and revelation, culminating in the consecration of five new apostles and a stirring message on humility and service from the Apostle General Sam Korankye Ankrah.
“This is not a promotion, it is a call,” Apostle General Korankye Ankrah declared, his voice echoing through the Oil Dome as thousands stood in reverent silence. “Apostleship is not a title of honour but a call to humility, sacrifice, and servanthood.”
The grand finale on Sunday witnessed the consecration of Apostle Kofi Wolarnyo Agbo, Apostle Emmanuel Agormeda, Apostle Dalkeith Amanor, Apostle Derek Amanor, and Apostle Johny Apeakorang, each anointed to continue the ministry’s expanding mission of transforming lives and shaping nations through faith and compassion while touching the nations with the power of God.
As the anointing oil flowed, worship swelled across the Oil Dome. Holy Communion followed, a symbolic act of cleansing and renewal, signifying a deeper consecration for both leaders and congregants.
From Tuesday’s opening message by Apostle Emmanuel Agormeda to Friday’s dynamic teaching by Bishop Dominic Allotey, each day layered insight upon inspiration. Bishop Gideon Titi-Ofei’s message, “Known by Name, Called by Voice,” challenged believers to live out divine purpose, while Apostle Jannie Ngwale’s session urged the church to “populate the Kingdom of God.”
Throughout the convention, a lineup of celebrated gospel ministers, including Naana Asiedu of Team Eternity, Pastor Isaiah Fosu-Kwakye Jnr, Rev. Edwin Dadson, Pastor Paa Kyerematen, and MOG, filled the Dome with worship that transcended denomination and age.
The convention also drew dignitaries, including Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim, Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs; Hon. Rita Naa Odoley Sowah, Deputy Minister; and representatives from leading educational institutions such as St. Mary’s Senior High School and St. John’s Grammar SHS, affirming the ministry’s growing national influence.
Observers described the event as more than a religious gathering but a convergence of leadership, faith, and moral renewal at a time when the nation needs grounding and vision.
As the lights dimmed and the final notes of worship faded, one message lingered in every heart: God knows each believer by name, and in that, in knowledge lies purpose.
The Apostle General’s final words encapsulated the spirit of the week: “To be called by name is to be known by God, and to be known by God is to be called to serve. Let us walk in humility and power, not for status, but for impact.”
The next Convention of Saints will be held from September 28 to October 4, 2026, at the Oil Dome, promising yet another encounter of divine fellowship and transformation.
