The Ghana Premier League is set to make a thrilling return on Friday, December 13, 2024, following a brief hiatus for the general elections.
The key of fixture of the resumption will undoubtedly be the much-anticipated showdown between arch-rivals Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, scheduled for Sunday at the iconic Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi.
Hearts of Oak enters this encounter brimming with confidence, having secured four victories in their last five league matches.
The Phobians are determined to end a frustrating six-year winless streak in Kumasi, with their last triumph at the Baba Yara Stadium dating back to April 29, 2018, when Patrick Razak netted the decisive goal.
