Find below important information to consider as a polling agent on Election Day.
The information below pertains to your decision to either sign or refuse to sign your pink sheets on Election Day.
Before You Sign Or Refuse To Sign Your Pink Sheet, Make Sure To Check These 3 Things On The Pink Sheet:
1. COMPARE B2 AND C2
- C2 must be the same as or less than B2.
2. CHECK C6 NUMBERS
– Step 1:
- C6 = (BVD Verified + Manually Verified People)
- Total C6 must match the number of votes in the ballot box.
- If votes in the ballot box are more than C6, there is over-voting.
– Step 2:
- (C6 – Rejected Ballots) = Total Valid Votes.
- If Total Valid Votes are more than (C6 – Rejected Ballots), there is over-voting.*
3. COMPARE FIGURES FOR YOUR CANDIDATE AND THE OPPOSITION
- Check if the numbers match the words written.

- No Mistakes Found?
