Joe Mettle shares most embarrassing moments of his life
Joe Mettle, a Ghanaian Gospel artiste who has got his music going international from the scratches has shared one most embarrassing moments of his life with morning show host Doreen Avio on Live radio.
Speaking in an interview on an Accra based Fm station, he said “I was invited by my friend to go sing in his church and this was when I was now coming up in the gospel music thing and when we got to the church, my friend introduced me to his Pastor and he looked at me from head to toe, and asked my friend you think we are joking here?”
According to Joe Mettle, this hit him so hard but also strengthen him on the other side because if he had not heard that, he will think he is already a champion and will not work on himself further, but the Pastor’s words struck through him that he left there embarrassed and after getting better, same man invited him for a show but he couldn’t attend.
The “Bo no ni” hitmaker indicated that being in the Gospel music industry and coming out with songs every time has not been easy but all has been God for him.
Additionally, bagging about four awards on the recently ended Awards night last weekend was a mind blowing experience I have to say because I didn’t expect that much.
Announcing the “Christmas with Joe Mettle” event, He says the show is happening on the 25th of December come Sunday with tickets going out for a cool Ghc100, and this is an experience you can’t miss because it’s spirit filled one.
Meanwhile, in a related music development, Samini the Dagati Music mogul shall be hosting Kwabena Kwabena, Kofi Kinaata and others over this weekend for a mind blowing High Grade Family show.
