Kofi Adomakoh Resigns as Chairman of GSE Council

Former Managing Director of GCB Bank, Kofi Adomakoh, has resigned as Chairman of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) Council.

His resignation is effective February 21, 2025.

Mr. Adomakoh joined the GSE Council on July 28, 2021, and was appointed Chairman on May 21, 2024.

During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in providing strategic direction and strengthening the market, contributing significantly to investor confidence.

In a statement issued on February 27, the GSE expressed its appreciation for Mr. Adomakoh’s leadership and contributions to the development of the Exchange.
