Mohammed Kudus Linked to €100 Million Move to Al Nassr
Ghanaian forward Mohammed Kudus, currently playing for West Ham United, has been linked to a potential €100 million transfer to Saudi Pro League side Al Nassr. The 23-year-old has emerged as a key target for the club, which is also eyeing fellow Premier League players, including Ghana teammate Antoine Semenyo of Bournemouth, Kaoru Mitoma of Brighton, and Luiz Diaz from Liverpool.
Reports suggest that Al Nassr made an approach for Kudus during the January transfer window, following a rejected €90 million bid for Mitoma. According to TalkSport journalist Ben Jacobs, Kudus possesses a £120 million release clause specific to Saudi clubs, which differs from the £85 million clause applicable to Premier League teams.
While Al Nassr is reportedly unsure if Kudus is willing to make the move, they are optimistic that West Ham will be amenable to negotiating a transfer below the Saudi clause, which is only valid until July 1.
Since joining West Ham from Ajax Amsterdam in 2023, Kudus has made 76 appearances in all competitions, scoring 16 goals. His impressive performances have drawn attention and could lead to a significant move if negotiations progress.
