MTN FA Cup: Hearts of Oak, Aduana through to the quaterfinals 

Accra Hearts of Oak were offered another opportunity to defend their FA Cup title after beating Elmina Sharks. 

After a pulsating 2-2 draw in regular time, Hearts got the better of Sharks in an epic penalty shootout which saw goalkeeper Richmond Ayi making up for his blunder that led to Sharks’ second goal, winning 7-8 on penalties.

In Bechem, Bechem United put four goals past Kumawuman United, who only scored twice to end the game with a 4-2 scoreline.

Division One League Super Cup winners, Skyy FC also got the better of Kpando Heart of Lions to continue their excellent run.

Kotoku Royals defeated Ebusua Dwarfs with a 1-0 scoreline at home while Aduana Stars proved the better side against Berekum Chelsea.
