The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications and the Electronic Money Issuers (EMIs) Chamber of Ghana have extended their congratulations to President-elect John Dramani Mahama on his election as President of the Republic of Ghana.

In a joint statement, the Chambers highlighted the pivotal nature of his re-election, commending his commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and technological advancement.

The Chambers emphasized the importance of his leadership in driving digital transformation and fostering collaboration to advance Ghana’s position in digital inclusion, financial technology, and connectivity across Africa.

“We anticipate working with your government on your manifesto initiatives, particularly those under Digital Economy, Communication, and Innovation,” the statement read.

The Chambers further expressed gratitude to President-elect Mahama for engaging with their respective manifestos and demonstrating dedication to their shared goals.
