Ghana Link Working to Resolve ICUMS Technical Difficulties, Assures Full Restoration of System Soon

Ghana Link Network Services Limited has announced that it is actively addressing technical difficulties affecting the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS), which began on the afternoon of October 23, 2024.

In a statement released to the trading community and the general public, the company confirmed that its technical team is diligently working to resolve the issues, with expectations for the system to return to full operational capacity in the shortest time possible.

“This afternoon (Wednesday), we started experiencing technical difficulties with the ICUMS system. Our technical team is working diligently to resolve the issue, and we expect the system to be fully operational within the shortest possible time,” read parts of the statement.

Ghana Link Network Services Limited has assured users and the trading community at large that service restoration updates will be communicated promptly.

The company also expressed its apologies for any inconvenience caused by the disruption, reaffirming its commitment to minimizing the impact on traders relying on the ICUMS platform for their operations.
