Republic Bank (Ghana) PLC a leading financial institution in Ghana and the number one home loan provider, is proud to announce its remarkable achievement in the latest Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) conducted by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG). The Bank earned 5-Stars in Service Quality for Consumer Banking, 5-Stars in Customer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking, and further secured the impressive third position with a total score of 99.5% above the threshold of 98% in the CSI for 2022. The awards were presented to the Bank at the CIMG Marketing Performance Awards held over the weekend at the Labadi Beach Hotel, Accra. This is a testament to its unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service experience to its valued customers.

The CIMG Customer Satisfaction Index is a prestigious benchmark that assesses the performance of Banks in Ghana, focusing on various aspects of customer experience and service quality. The Managing Director of Republic Bank Ghana, Mr. Benjamin Dzoboku in a brief statement to the press said that Republic Bank has consistently demonstrated excellence in these areas thereby earning the trust and loyalty of its customers.

Speaking on the Bank’s success, Mr. Dzoboku said that this achievement underscores Republic Bank’s dedication to understanding and meeting the unique financial needs of our diverse customer base. We have exhibited what we mean by being Resilient, Relevant and Responsible in our day-to-day dealings with our cherished Customers and our innovative products, personalized solutions and customer-centric approach have set us apart in a highly competitive banking landscape.

“We are thrilled to be recognized as a 5-Star Bank in Service Quality and 5-Star in Customer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking, and also earning the position of the third-ranked bank in the overall CIMG Customer Satisfaction Index. These accomplishments reflect our ongoing commitment to exceeding our customers’ expectations and delivering exceptional financial services. We are grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us and will continue to strive for excellence in every aspect of our operations,” added Mr. Dzoboku.
