Republic Bank suite of digital service the best on the Ghanaian market – MD Farid Antar

Managing Director of Republic Bank Ghana Plc, Farid Antar, has said the bank’s suite of digital services when compared to that offered by its peers, is by far the best on the Ghanaian market.

According to Mr Antar, the newly launched Republic Bank Suite of Digital Services is a masterpiece of digital service that is robust with many functionalities that both customers and non-customers of the bank can utilize for all their financial transactions.

“Our research findings and the independent feedback we got through the development and piloting phase of these channels suggested that the Republic Suite of Digital Service is by far, the best on the Ghanaian market. And Yes, we have no reason not to believe this information as we have worked tirelessly to build these applications,” stated Mr Antar at the launch of the bank’s Suite of Digital Services.

The Digital Suite of Services comprise the RepublicMobile Ghana which can be downloaded from the Play Store and App Store, the Republic USSD *414# Application which is available by dialing *414# and the internet Banking platform, RepublicOnline, which is accessible on the website of the Bank, www.republicghana.com.

Speaking further at the launch, Mr Antar noted the Republic Suite of Digital Service is an omni channel, implying that a customer can start a transaction from one platform and end on another without any hitches as the three platforms have been integrated as one.
