FIFA has announced an unprecedented response to the presale draw for the 2026 World Cup, receiving over 1.5 million ticket applications from fans across 210 countries within just 24 hours. This overwhelming demand underscores the tournament’s global appeal, which will be jointly hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
The majority of applications came from North America, particularly the host countries, followed closely by fans from Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, England, Spain, Portugal, and Germany.
