Solar Panel Collapse at A&C Mall Damages Over 80 Vehicles
A&C Mall, a prominent shopping centre in East Legon, has confirmed that a solar panel structure in its parking area collapsed amid heavy rainfall, causing damage to more than 80 vehicles.
In a statement on Tuesday, A&C Development attributed the incident to adverse weather conditions and assured the public that immediate steps were being taken to address the situation. While no injuries were reported, management acknowledged the disruption and pledged a swift resolution.
“Our team, along with the relevant authorities, is on-site to manage the situation and ensure a swift resolution,” the statement noted.
The company extended its apologies for any inconvenience caused and reaffirmed its commitment to safety, stating that regular updates would be provided as efforts to mitigate the impact progress.
