Standard Chartered has held an event honouring esteemed and loyal clients. This was an opportunity for the bank to show appreciation and express gratitude to its vintage clients as it kicks off Customer Appreciation Month in October.

At an exclusive dinner in the garden city of Kumasi, clients were individually recognized with plaques and commended for their continued trust and support, solidifying their bond with the bank. The clients had been with the bank for an average of 20 years.

Yvonne Gyebi, Head, Consumer Private and Business Banking, Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC in addressing the clients, expressed heartfelt appreciation for their unwavering loyalty over the years that the Bank had operated in Kumasi. She reiterated the importance of clients being at the heart of the Bank’s operations.

“We are kicking off our Customer Appreciation Month upcountry. We started from Takoradi, and we are now in Kumasi. We are rewarding all our loyal clients. We really appreciate their custom. For us customer service is at the core of our business, and we thank all our clients for keeping us in this market for 126 years. Thank you for your loyalty and your business.”

It was truly a night of appreciation and celebration. This was a true testament of the Bank’s dedication to building lasting relationships, fostering mutual growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. Present at the ceremony to show their appreciation to the loyal clients in a unique way was the Management Team of the Bank who are paying a working visit. While in Kumasi, the team have visited clients and engaged staff.
