Franklin Cudjoe Writes: Dear Educated and Semi-Educated Elites of the NPP

I greet you.

It is not right to say that many independent-thinking minds speaking up against illegal mining are playing into an election-winning trick of the opposition NDC. We are simply pointing out Nana Akufo-Addo and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia ‘s despicable dereliction of FORCEFUL duty required by law to temporarily halt all mining activities on our rivers and forests to deal with the menacing pollution of almost 70%.of all rivers in Ghana.

Most of the independent or even right-thinking partisan folks in all parties, such as the NPP government, appointed Greater Accra Minister, Hon. Titus Glover are unimpressed and feel embarrassed that our president and lands minister begged the United Arab Emirates for $30m to restore lost forest cover in Ghana ( with original 41% forest cover) when the gifting country has less than 5% forest cover.

This type of politically devious thinking and rabid partisan calaumny is beneath some of you. 3bye koraaaa. Not that I care about being tagged opposition, ( frankly the NDC did same tagging us opposition elements when they were in power) but just saying the likes of my friend Wontumi and his comical lot can be pardoned if they said these, but you, educated, smarter dudes?

Come on! Maybe you need prayer support, seeing that today is Sunday and we are as Catholics in the month of the Rosary. May the Lord touch your head and give you the gift of clear thinking. And if you hear the Lord’s voice today, harden not your hearts.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you; blessed are you among women,and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
