Abiforum to help businesses overcome negative impact of Covid with maiden forum

The Africa Business Innovation Network on Thursday, September 9, 2021, will be orgainizing a maiden forum for businesses affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Network, through the forum will help businesses affected by the pandemic navigate their way and overcome its adverse impact.

The overarching objective of the forum according to the Network is to broaden the horizon of entrepreneurs as well as create a platform to inspire SMEs to be globally competitive.

Speaking about the upcoming forum, Chief Executive Officer of Abiforum Network, Precious Gyau, stated that the theme for the Forum: “Journey to a Sustainable Future; Building Resilient and Innovative SMEs for Economic Transformation” is apt since Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are now recovering from the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Adding that for MSMEs to thrive and be globally competitive, staying resilient is the new standard for progress. This, he indicated can be achieved through the digitization of their business operations to access bigger markets, finance and vital information.
