The stock market at the close of the week dropped 1.29 points to 2,213.29; this represents the Year-to-date return of 13.99%.

The decline was as a result of a 5.88% fall in the price of CAL Bank PLC. (CAL) shares to close at GH¢0.64. Societe Generale Ghana PLC. (SOGEGH) and Total Petroleum PLC. (TOTAL) were the only advancers for the week as they gained 1.35% and 1.29% to close at GH¢0.75 and GH¢3.15 respectively.

A total volume of 1.48 million shares valued at GH¢1.62 million exchanged hands in fifteen (15) equities with Scancom Plc. (MTNGH) recording the most trades.
