The Ghana Airport Company Limited (GACL) has confirmed the arrest of a staff of a Ground Handling Company operating at the Kotoka International Airport (KIA).
The arrest of the staff whose identity cannot be disclosed, follows an act of thievery on the part of the staff.
A press statement released by GACL confirming the arrest of the staff in question, indicated that the staff of the Ground Handling Company had been handed over to the Airport District Police for interrogation.
In a video which cannot be readily made available to the public by norvanreports due to ongoing investigations, the arrested staff had stole and hid on him 10 iPhones belonging to flight passengers.
