  • GCB Bank to Host Maiden Aerobics Fiesta on October 31

GCB Bank, Ghana’s largest bank is bringing its 2026 Customer Service Month celebrations to an exciting close with the maiden edition of the GCB Aerobics Fiesta, set for Saturday, October 31, at the University of Ghana Stadium in Accra.

Open to GCB customers and the general public, the free event will kick off at 6:00 a.m. and offer a vibrant mix of fitness, wellness, entertainment and networking in a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.

Participants can look forward to an energising dance aerobics session, guided yoga exercises, health screenings and nutrition consultations designed to promote healthy lifestyles and overall wellbeing. A dedicated children’s play area with face painting will keep younger attendees entertained, while a vendor exhibition will showcase a variety of products and services. Refreshments will also be available throughout the event.

Speaking ahead of the event, Cynthia Eyram Ofori-Dwumfuo, Chief Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience Officer at GCB Bank, said the fiesta reflects the Bank’s commitment to creating memorable experiences that enrich the lives of customers beyond traditional banking.

“Customer experience extends far beyond transactions. It is about building meaningful relationships and creating moments that positively impact the people we serve. The GCB Aerobics Fiesta provides a unique opportunity to promote healthy living, engage our customers in a relaxed setting and celebrate the strong bond we share with them,” she said.

She noted that opening the event to the public reinforces the Bank’s desire to make wellness accessible to more people while encouraging active and healthy lifestyles.

The Aerobics Fiesta is the flagship event and grand finale of GCB Bank’s Customer Service Month, celebrated throughout October under the theme “The Extra Mile.” Over the past month, the Bank has rolled out a series of customer appreciation, engagement and service excellence initiatives aimed at strengthening relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
