The latest market performance suggests that while profit-taking weighed on the benchmark indices, investor appetite remained strong in selected equities, particularly in the banking, ICT and exchange-traded fund segments.
Analysts say the sharp rise in trading value, together with sustained year-to-date index gains, points to continued investor interest in Ghanaian equities, even as price corrections in selected counters signal more cautious positioning after months of strong market returns.
