GSE-CI drops 2.80 points to close trading at 2,460 points

The Ghana Stock Exchange Composite Index (GSE-CI) lost 2.80 points  to close at 2,460.77 points representing a YTD return of -11.78%.

The GSE FSI on the contrary advanced marginally by 0.70 points to close at  2,076.49 points, representing a YTD return of -3.50%.

Trust Bank Gambia Limited (TBL) continued on a high as it gained  GH¢0.02 to close trading at GH¢0.74 per share. Unilever Ghana PLC. (UNIL) on the other hand lost GH¢0.53 to close trading at GH¢4.78 per  share.

A total of 9,819 shares were traded across eleven (11) counters. These  trades cumulated in a turnover of GH¢11,921.54.

Scancom PLC (MTNGH) emerged as the most traded stock at the close of the trading  session, accounting for 36.35% of the overall trade volume, and Unilever Ghana PLC. (UNIL) accounted for 40.14 % of the total value traded.
