GSE-CI records no change for fifth consecutive day to close at 3,172 points
The benchmark index of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE-Composite Index) concluded today’s session at 3,172.43 points to return 1.35%.
The GSE Financial Stocks Index likewise remained unchanged ending the day at 1,910.16 points.
No stock saw movement in their price on this trading day with market capitalization closing at GH¢74.44 billion.
Some 25,340 shares (down 98.71%), valued at GH¢49,550.85 (down 98.23%) were traded on Thursday, as ten (10) stocks exchanged hands.
MTNGH trades dominated today’s trading session, trading 11,855 shares, surpassing the 5,000 traded in SIC with a value of GH¢1,200.00.
CAL, EGL, and GOIL followed in the activity pile to complete the top 5 traded stocks on the day.
