GSE-CI remains flat to close at 2,696 points

The benchmark GSE Composite Index (GSE-CI) did not record any  change, closing at the same mark as it opened at 2,696.67 representing  a YTD return of -3.32%.

The GSE Financial Stock Index (GSE-FSI) also maintained its value at 2,219.66 points representing a YTD return of  3.15%.

In the aggregate, eleven (11) equities participated in trading, ending  with no gainers nor decliners.

Market capitalization for the day settled at GH¢ 64.04 billion. 

A total of 55,065 shares valued at GH¢34,233.96 was traded on the day with SIC Insurance Company Ltd. (SIC) recording the largest share of  volumes traded on the day whilst Societe Generale Ghana PLC.  (SOGEGH) accounted for 45.24% of the total value traded.
