Hasaacas Ladies beat AS Mande to book semi final spot
Hasaacas Ladies became the first side to qualify to the semifinals of the maiden CAF Women’s Champions League after beating Mali’s AS Mande 3-0 in their second game in Group A on Monday evening.
Head coach Yusif Basigi maintained his starting line-up that won 3-1 against Malabo Kings in the opening match last week Friday.
Eighteen (18) year old Evelyn Badu opened the scoring in the 16th minute after connecting to a corner kick.
With few seconds to end the first half, Perpertual Agyekum doubled the lead with yet another trademark goal after her stunning free-kick could not be stopped by AS Mande’s goalkeeper.

Leading 2-0 at the halfway stage, the Ghanaian champions continued with their dominance in the second half.
Badu registered her brace after Veronica Appiah set her up with a pass in the 18-yard box and she finished it coolly.
The win ensured Hasmal Ladies now have six points in the bag and hands them a place in the semifinals.
Hasaacas Ladies will play their last group game against Wadi Degla at 2pm on Thursday.
