GSE-CI records no change; closes at 3,195 points

The benchmark index (GSE-Composite Index) of the Ghana Stock Exchange recorded no change to close at 3,195.46 points, placing its YTD return at 30.75%.

The Financial Stocks Index also remained constant at the 2,042.09-point mark, pegging its YTD loss at -0.51%.

There were no price movers on this trading day resulting in market capitalization remaining constant at GH¢74.50
billion.

Some 58,617 shares were traded, valued at GH¢104,833.19 on a trading day that saw fifteen (15) stocks exchange
hands.

There were -35.89% and -28.19% dips in volume and value traded respectively compared to the previous trading day.

MTNGH was the most traded stock on this day, with 44,302 shares exchanged. In second place was CAL which saw 5,782 shares valued at GH¢2,948.82 trade.
