Guinness Ghana Announces Final Dividend of GH¢0.022 Per Share for FY 2024

Guinness Ghana Breweries PLC (GGB PLC) has announced that its Board of Directors will propose a final dividend of GH¢0.022 per share for the financial year ended June 30, 2024, subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders on record as of Monday, October 28, 2024, will be eligible to receive the dividend, with the shareholder register closing on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

The ex-dividend date has been set for Thursday, October 24, 2024. Investors acquiring shares before this date will qualify for the payout, while those purchasing shares on or after will not.

Should the dividend be approved, payments are scheduled for Monday, December 30, 2024. This marks another key development in Guinness Ghana’s financial strategy for rewarding shareholders.
