ORC to Increase Fees and Charges for All Services from February 2, 2026

Fees and charges for services provided by the Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) are set to increase effective Monday, February 2, 2026.

The Office said the adjustment is in line with the Fees and Charges (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations, 2025 (L.I. 2512), which requires public institutions to periodically review fees and charges for services rendered.

According to the ORC, the revision will apply to all services offered by the Office across the country.

In a notice by the ORC, the Office indicated that the upward adjustment will affect the full range of its services, including company incorporation, business name registration and other related services.

The ORC explained that the fee review is aimed at ensuring sustainable service delivery and enhancing customer experience nationwide.

The Office, however, did not disclose the new rates in the notice. It noted that full details of the revised fees and charges will be made available at all Registrar of Companies offices nationwide and published on its official website ahead of the effective date.

The public and all service users have been advised to take note of the revised fees and make the necessary arrangements for transactions to be undertaken after the implementation date.

The development comes amid a broader compliance drive by state institutions, departments and agencies to align with the Fees and Charges Regulations, 2025, passed by Parliament.

Last week, the National Identification Authority announced increases in fees for some of its services, citing the need to maintain and improve the quality of service delivery.
